El Greco: El Graphical Models Compiler
What is it?
It is a Python Gibbs sampler that internally generates C++ code for the Gibbs sampling step so that it runs faster.
Status
Pre-alpha. This is experimental. It runs on my machine and it might run on yours.
Support will be patchy, but patches are welcome.
